Come and meet the distillers and distributors who make it all happen. The great and the good of the whisky world converge on the beautiful setting of the Hilton Metropole. You will have the opportunity to taste their wares, pick their brains and listen to their stories – all for the paltry sum of £16! As you wander in, you will be presented with a complimentary whisky tasting glass, worth £4, and a guide to the festival. You are then free to go from stand to stand chatting with the exhibitors as you sample drams from the following...

Masterclasses (£5 each)
1pm-2.30pm
The Balvenie
Dr. Andrew Forrester, UK Brand Ambassador for Balvenie, introduces a tasting of whiskies from this cult classic Speyside distillery that approaches whisky-making as an artisanal activity. Highly suitable for those who have a taste for the sweeter and more delicate drams.
3.30pm-5pm
The Malt Whisky Flavour Map
Join Colin Dunn, the Diageo Brand Ambassador, on a virtual whisky journey around Scotland. What are the differences between whiskies from the Highlands, Lowlands and Islands? An interesting tasting for those with a thirst for knowledge on the regionality of whisky.
Masterclass places are available on a first come, first served basis.
